Offers an expansive array of services, which include, but are not limited to:
independent medical examinations (also referred to as an IME or second opinion evaluations), record reviews, peer reviews, diagnostic film reviews and all aspects of medical document retrieval.

We currently have physicians available across the nation with a concentration in the New York / New Jersey metropolitan area. The physicians on our panel are all still actively practicing in their fields of specialty unless we specifically note otherwise.  Upon receiving a request, we are more than happy to provide CVs for review and selection and answer any and all questions that you might have.  In addition to the standard fields of expertise such as orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, dentists, plastic surgeons, and the like, we also have vocational rehabilitation counselors, accident reconstructionists, mold experts, environmental scientists, and various other lesser known specialties enrolled in our panel, as well, and are more than happy to recruit any that you might need or prefer to use.

Additionally, Imedview, Inc. has a full service HIPAA authorization processing staff, conversant in all matters of record retrievals including, but not limited to, standard HIPAA medical record requests,Internal Revenue Service tax return and transcript requests, FDNY specific requests and contacts, etc. We can issue requests for records on your behalf, process and pay any invoices and subsequently bill your carrier or your office, however you prefer. We will follow up with the various facilities until the records are received by our office and forwarded on to you for your file. To begin the processing of any request, we require only a copy of the VBOP or HIPAA authorizations and any claim information that might be pertinent (carrier, adjuster, claim number).  Upon receipt, we will begin processing the request and provide you with CVs to review, if necessary.  Once the physician is chosen, we will schedule the appointment, notify plaintiff’s counsel, coordinate the gathering, duplication, and dissemination of records, confirm intent to attend with plaintiff’s counsel, arrange for translators, if necessary, confirm attendance, and coordinate receipt of the examination report.
